STEPHIE'S BEADS AND BAUBLES

I have not posted for a while and I am not sure exactly why ? It just seems like time is flying by , but I cannot really tell you what I have been up to all summer !!

We had our daughters wedding in May, and then she just had her baby this past weekend, but I cannot really come up with what we did in the months in between !!!

Well, I have been working on my studio, and had it all organized. Right about that time our younger daughter, not the one that just got married and had a baby, asked if she could share the studio so she would have a place to sew and paint. She, her husband and three kids live with his mom while they are getting on their feet. I said sure and now it is a bit of a mess. We get it organized, then either the kids play in here, or more stuff comes in, either way, after having a big yard sale on Saturday, the studio blew up again !!!

I did however find some wonderful treasures when my hubby and I went out to the local antique shops recently, so I thought I would share what I found !!!

I could not believe I got them all so cheap. I had never seen such big chunky ball chain before and I am excited to use it for some of the copper foil pendants we hope to make soon !! I love the big giant W, and will hang it over my desk and it is my last name initial !!

I love the beaded red stone chain, all and the cute peace sign with the cross under it. the red leather cross is so cute, and I will do something fun with it. The heart bracelet is not as pretty in the pictures, but in person the hearts are a rich deep and pretty red, not brown like they look in the pictures !! All of the pieces will be taken apart and reused, I am thrilled with them all !! I will get back to posting more often soon !! I apologize for not posting in a long time !!
