Steam Punk Inspired Beaded Charm Bracelet

I have been indulging in my love of steam punk jewelry and made up a big tray of beads, findings, and charms. I picked cobalt blue glass beads in different sizes and shapes. Antique brass chain, charms , and findings. Some things were vintage, some were from old pieces of jewelry, some were bought new and used for the first time. I had a 32 link curb chain bracelet blank, so I made up 33 charms. One for each link and one for the jump ring on the lobster claw clasp.

I used antique brass charms, broken pieces of jewelry,buttons, beads and watch parts. I had so much fun making this and did a video which I posted on my channel, Stephies Beads and Baubles, here is a link.

Here are some pictures to show the bracelet and the materials more closely , it was such a fun piece to make, I love to make these beaded charm bracelets !!

I also used deep blue buttons, stacked on a head pin and embellished with decorative bells, a piece from a broken elastic ring, one of the metal spacers that elastic went through to formed the ring

I also did a necklace and earrings and that will be an other post and video later this week !!! I will be taking a break from the Steam Punk for a bit, and do some other styles of jewelry before I circle back and do some more, maybe some wire wrapped large keys , something fun, but I know not everyone loves Steam Punk, so I will take a break for a bit but add to the tray for next time !!!

I am starting to work on some more beaded ornaments and have some new styles I want to do. Not new to the world, lol, but new to me and my channel and blog !!!

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this post, for those not in love with Steam Punk, just one more Steam Punk post for the necklace and earring set, which is really only the colors of the braclet, but really not truely steam punk. Just lightly inspired by it !!!
